So today seems like a good day...i went down to 122 YAY...im so excited..i can see my tummy fadind away...i kno i should post some pix..but i guess i will in about a week or two with about 3 pix of before/current...so yea i prolly be 121-120 by sunday i hope....if so ima be extremely impressed with myself...i cant wait til im 105 tho...i kno i can do it...yay me hahahahaha... i think i wana try to do the ana boot camp thing to see how far i will go...it seems pretty chill that there will be a set schedule so i will pretty much have to keep on track...so chea today will be day 1...keep strong and stay focused, and think thin!!!!

see relatedyea i was so busy all day yesterday...blah...thats y i couldn't update...but yea i am down to 123 lbs :] im so proud of myself lol...i haven't been this weight in about a year...i have pretty good self control right now which is awesome haha...i guess you just have to get over the hunger pains which only last 8-14 mins so if you just drink some tea or some other healthy fluids would help with that...it does for me anyways...geez i need to start working out abit more..hopefully i'll have some time today :/

so chea...pretty much i havent been on here in abit but IM BACK...lol...so anywhos...i was doin pretty good for a couple of days i went down to 123lbs then i dunno what happened i got depressed because i missed my ex and i totally binged for like 2 days...eeekkk...i hate myself for messing myself up...i was on a roll :[ but im over it now which is great...so im pretty much gonna do this over again cuz i am back at 128lbs im so sad.
so i promise myself frm right now until i get to my IDEAL weight i will not go over my calories per day and not eat after 5:30 p.m. and workout every single day...no joke...i will be starting this tomorrow and im actually pretty excited cuz i kno i could be back at 123 within 4-5 days which is awsome :] GOOD LUCK to me...
